Our founder’s culinary adventure began at Amity University Noida , where a deep love for food transformed into a calling. Immersed in the fundamentals of hospitality and culinary arts, they quickly discovered that the kitchen wasn’t just a workspace — it was a canvas for creativity, culture, and connection.
Driven by a hunger to learn more, they took a bold step forward and moved to Canada to pursue advanced studies in Culinary Management. Over the next five years, they worked and studied in some of the country’s most diverse and dynamic food environments. From bustling catering kitchens to upscale restaurants, every experience sharpened their skills, deepened their appreciation for global cuisine, and shaped a unique culinary perspective that blends tradition with innovation.
But no matter how far the journey went, home was always calling.
Returning to India with a vision, a suitcase full of inspiration, and countless recipes collected along the way, he launched Buranch — a catering service built on international standards, local flavors, and heartfelt hospitality.
